• All in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During high-demand periods, conventions, sales, or special launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Timelines
• Standard shipping within India usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination, logistics availability, and local conditions.
• Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Pre-Order Products
• Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated release or arrival date mentioned on the product page.
• Pre-order delivery timelines are subject to manufacturer, distributor, customs clearance, and import schedules.
• If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items become available unless otherwise specified.
Tracking Information
• A tracking number and courier details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
• Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.
• Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
